Headquartered centrally in Wichita, Kansas, TEC Systems Group is a nationwide service company specializing in control systems integration. TEC has more than 30 years of experience in providing automation engineering and enterprise integration/operational intelligence solutions to small, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies in the industrial industry.

The core of TEC’s business model is becoming an automation solutions partner to our clients by understanding their business processes, culture and goals in order to present and implement the best automation and technology solutions to make them leaders in their industry. Our first client is still our client today due to our talented team of engineers that goes beyond implementation by providing a full life-cycle approach including after hours support via TECLive365 to keep their business running.

Company History

Rolland Eakins founded TEC Systems Group in 1984, serving as the CEO/President until his passing in 2016. Rolland was passionate about creating and maintaining a legacy plan that provided TEC and its valuable employees a secured future. Rolland will be greatly missed, but his legacy lives on through the people of TEC, in whom he took great pride.

Employer funded benefit offerings include health insurance, dental insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits with matching contributions, paid time off and paid holidays, extra pay for extra work, call-in pay, bonus program and a tuition reimbursement program.

Employees can select an alternative work arrangement, referred to as the 9/80 schedule. The arrangement allows the employee to work 45 hours the first week and 35 hours the second week, resulting in having every other Friday off.
