Singular Genomics is inventing at the forefront of genomics, one of the world’s fastest-growing industries. Our novel G4 benchtop sequencer is highly versatile and designed to rapidly produce accurate DNA sequencing results. And in development, the PX platform leverages Singular’s proprietary sequencing technology, applying it as a multi-omic in-situ readout for RNA and proteins for markets such as single cell and spatial analysis. Singular Genomics is committed to unlocking the potential of these core technologies to reshape the future of (gen)omics.

Our Headquarters are located on the Torrey Pines Mesa, in La Jolla, California at the center of the biotech hub. Our Manufacturing facility is in Sorrento Valley.

Our first product, the G4, is a benchtop sequencing platform delivering accuracy, speed, power, and unprecedented flexibility for a wide range of genomic applications.
4 Lanes per Flowcell: Each flow cell is intentionally designed with 4 independent lanes, reducing sample pooling and offering flexibility to run multiple experiments in parallel.
Up to 4 Flow Cells per Run: The G4 delivers scalable run capacity to empower labs that have variable volume and time-sensitive samples with cost-efficient, single-day turnaround times.
Daily Sequencing, Turn-around time: Novel chemistry combined with breakthrough imaging technology and rapid fluidics reduces run times from days to hours.
