Contribute to our North Lake Tahoe community & join Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) providing utility (water, sewer, trash) & recreation (golf, parks & recreation, tennis/pickleball, ski) services for Incline Village & Crystal Bay, Nevada.

Hiring a team member to maintain, install & repair electrical instrumentation, control systems & mechanical equipment at the District’s water & wastewater systems.

Rate: $35.51 - $42.62/hr. DOE/DOQ (min-mid range). Requirements

 Req: High School Diploma (GED) and three years experience or technical training as Electrician, Electronic Tech. or equivalent combo. Approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred. Work in a self-directed work environment and show high level of initiative. Available for and able to evaluate emergency callouts and work OT as required. Good computer, math, organizational and customer service skills. Lift and/or move 50 – 100 lbs. Deal courteously and efficiently with the public. Valid Driver’s License, Journeyman Electrician cert. desired. Obtain within one year Grade I Electrical/Instrumentation & within eighteen months Grade I Water Treatment cert. from approved agency.

Good customer service, computer and math skills & able to work effectively in a self-directed team environment. Deal positively with changing circumstance and possess a valid DL. Physical stamina to lift and/or move 50 – 100 pounds and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
