In accordance with the development of Our department R2 HR Data & Analytics we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Junior Automation Engineer

In your role as Junior Automation Engineer, you will manage several requests related to different kinds of process automation. You will collaborate with colleagues in our HR digitalization environment to ensure an aligned solution development approach within Region 2 ( EMEA) as well as support our global People strategy to lead with data, insights, and technology.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain our HR automation journey by providing solutions for HR Germany and HR Region 2 (EMEA)
• Analyze HR processes in the digitalization and automation environment, as well as technical summary and assessments of challenges of the respective business case
• Integrate automation solutions with other systems, such as databases (e.g., specific request form with HR master data)
• Monitor and analyze system performance for optimization
• Provide technical support and training to end users and business owners in all phases
• Research and evaluate new automation technologies
• Collaborate in diverse, flexible and cross-functional teams

What Skills You Need:

• You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Automation Engineering or equivalent
• You have experience in working with Microsoft PowerTools, Microsoft VBA and ideally you have already worked with Nintex, UiPath and Python
• You have a quick understanding of complex technical contexts and enjoy working with data and workflows
• You have business fluent English and good German skills
• You enjoy working in an international team with cross-discipline communication
